Two way street

Having worked in communications for years, I'm staggered by the amount of companies that still use a noreply@... on their email comms. Email is a two-way conversation, not a billboard.

Connecting with your target audience is always encouraged. So if companies want to engage with their customers, then let them engage with you too.
